Friendly staff.
One day we were given hand towels instead of bath towels. We were told by the receptionist there were no bath towels available.

Možnost kávy či čaje na pokoji, velikost pokoje, pěkná koupelna a milý personál...
Nezaznamenala jsem nijak závažnou chybu v ubytování. Pesonál byl velice milý a ochotný, pokoj větší než jsem očekávala. Neexistuje nic na světě, co je bez chyby a dokonalé, ale poskytovaná služba plně uspokojila mé potřeby v danou dobu, že chybyčka, která se mohla vloudit ostatní klady plně překryly.

Velmi příjemný personál, který Vám vyjde vždy vstříc.
Pokoj by mohl být čistější.U koberce zvažujete, jestli můžete na něj stoupnout bosou nohou.Tácek kde stojí konvice na kafe a hrníčky, by mohl být bez vlasů a prachu kolem. Škoda, kazí to celkový dojem.
