The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
No, everything was great. However, the hotel gave out a 10% discount voucher to some restaurant. I went there and was very disappointed. The bar under the hotel was much better and should be promoted.

The hotel was in a lovely area and easy walking distance to the city centre. The pub under the hotel is absolutely great (I know it is not owned by the hotel) and you should encourage guests to go there. I would like to stress how friendly and efficient your staff were. They were fantastic and I will recommend your hotel to anyone I know going to visit Prague.
Everything was great. The only negative thing was the 10% discount voucher I got for some restaurant called Vojanuv Dvur. It was aweful!! Otherwise the hotel was wonderful

Everything was fine, breakfast was generous, fresh and very tasty. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. But the best was hotel's location - almost every Prague attraction is within walking distance. I recommend Hotel William for a pleasant holiday stay.
Some noise coming at night from Ujezd street, a better windows would do the job.

Nespokojeni jsme byli trochu s kuchynskym personalem. Od 9 hodin byla nabidka snidane velice omezena.

Poloha hotela
Parkovanie by mohlo byt v cene, zhodou okolnosti do toho istého hotela prišli naši známi, ale cez inú agentúru, mali Ubytovanie o jednu noc dlhšie, ale parkovanie mali v cene, dokonca výlet loďou pre 2 osoby zdarma

V hotelu jsme již byli několikrát, lokalita i služby nám velmi vyhovují.
