In general, hotel accommodation was pretty good in terms of comfort.
Room cleaning was not much punctual.

Unfortunately when we checked in, we were told we had a twin bedded room because the hotel was full, despite having booked a double bedded room. The staff however did offer to change our room the following day, and we were then assigned a bigger, nicer double room.

Recepcia bola výborná a pán na recepcii nám pomohol zohnať lístky do divadla. Raňajky boli výborné a personál veľmi ochotný. Ubytovali ste nás v krásnom podkrovnom pokojíku.
Budem sa usilovať pri každom pobyte bývať v rovnakom Vašom pokojíku(a možno aj za rovnakú cenu (:

The room and the breakfest.
There is only one problem: when the next room is noisy, it is difficult to rest. In the next room there was a family with two children who started playing at 5 am! Difficult for you to address such issue, I suppose.

La camera a noi assegnata era spaziosa e pulita,ottima la posizione,l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dal ponte Carlo,il parcheggio per l'auto è un po' troppo costoso,dovrebbe essere un servizio che l'albergo offre ai suoi clienti. Il personale è molto gentile,parla inglese. Lo consigliamo a tutti
L'unica cosa negativa è il pagamento del parcheggio.
